The invention relates to a multi-information torque control method and a power domain controller for a new energy automobile, and the controller comprises a VCU vehicle control module, a BMS battery management module, an MCU motor control module and a charging and distribution control module which are all integrated in an electronic module device. According to the control method, a power domain controller serves as a control unit of a core algorithm, interaction with other signals is achieved through a bus and the Ethernet, and the control method comprises the steps of driving mode recognition, driver demand torque, battery output capacity, motor output capacity, whole vehicle energy management, other boundary constraint and whole vehicle driving torque calculation. According to the invention, through integration of all controller components, the power assembly architecture is optimized, the complexity of CAN wire harnesses is reduced, the coupling relation of all subsystems in the power system is reduced, and meanwhile, the real-time performance, the precision and the cooperative work efficiency of power system control can be improved based on the calculation work of multi-information torque control of the power domain controller.

    本发明为一种用于新能源汽车的及多信息扭矩控制方法及动力域控制器,该控制器包括:VCU整车控制模块、BMS电池管理模块、MCU电机控制模块和充配电控制模块,共同集成在电子模块装置中。该控制方法将动力域控制器作为核心算法的控制单元,通过总线和以太网实现与其他信号交互,该控制方法包括:驾驶模式识别、驾驶员需求扭矩、电池输出能力、电机输出能力、整车能量管理、其他边界约束以及所整车驱动扭矩计算。本发明通过集成各个控制器部件,优化了动力总成架构,减少了CAN线束的复杂度,降低了动力系统中各个子系统的耦合关系,同时基于动力域控制器的多信息扭矩控制的计算工作可以提高动力系统控制的实时性、精度以及协同工作效率。
