The invention relates to a plug-in mixing commercial vehicle integrated thermal management system and a control method, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle thermal management, the plug-in mixing commercial vehicle integrated thermal management system comprises a cooling liquid loop, the cooling liquid loop comprises a multi-way valve, and an electric drive loop, a battery loop and a first liquid pipeline which are connected with the multi-way valve; the refrigerant loop exchanges heat with the first liquid pipeline through a first heat exchanger; and the warm air loop exchanges heat with the refrigerant loop through a condenser, and the warm air loop exchanges heat with the battery loop through a second heat exchanger. By combining a plurality of systems such as an electrically-driven heat dissipation system, a cab air conditioner warm air system and a battery heat management system, switching of multiple modes is achieved, waste heat of a motor system can be effectively utilized, the refrigeration and heating requirements are met, the battery low-temperature starting function, the cab warm air function and the battery heating function are achieved, a battery loop can not be provided with a heater, and the system cost is reduced.
