The invention discloses a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle thermal management control method and system and a vehicle thereof.The control system comprises an engine cooling loop, a warm air loop, an air inlet inter-cooling cooling loop, a motor cooling loop, a battery cooling loop and the like, and by switching a plurality of valve bodies, pump bodies, pipelines and pipeline connecting pieces, the engine cooling loop, the warm air loop, the air inlet inter-cooling cooling loop, the motor cooling loop and the battery cooling loop are switched; series operation or independent operation between different loops/systems is realized; different areas are refrigerated or heated by controlling the different refrigerating/heating devices to be turned off or run; according to different working conditions of the vehicle and requirements of thermal management, different thermal management operation modes are switched, and thermal management control requirements under different working conditions are met. According to the system, waste heat of an engine, a motor, a battery, air inlet and air outlet is transferred among all the systems and effectively utilized, the temperature rise recovery capacity of the battery at the low temperature is improved, heating power consumption of a passenger compartment is reduced, and then the dynamic property and the endurance mileage of an automobile at the low temperature are improved.

    本发明公开了一种插电式混合动力汽车热管理控制方法、系统及其车辆,在控制系统中包括发动机冷却回路、暖风回路、进气中冷冷却回路、电机冷却回路、电池冷却回路,等等,通过切换多个阀体、泵体、管路以及管路连接件,实现不同的回路/系统之间的串联运行或独立运行;通过控制不同制冷/制热设备的关断或运行,对不同区域进行制冷或加热;根据车辆工况的不同和热管理的需要,在不同的热管理运行模式之间进行切换,满足不同工况下的热管理控制需求。本发明实现了发动机、电机、电池、进气、排气的余热在各个系统之间转移并有效利用,改善低温下电池温升恢复能力,以及减少乘员舱采暖电耗,进而提升低温下汽车的动力性和续航里程。
