The invention discloses a load self-adaptive control method based on a CDC semi-active suspension, and relates to the technical field of vehicle vibration reduction control. Establishing a switching nonlinear semi-active suspension model with zero symmetry constraint; vehicle weight parameters are introduced into a front part variable cluster, and the switching nonlinear semi-active suspension model is converted into a switching T-S system model on which the vehicle weight depends; listing all possible switching index pairs of the system; based on the segmented Lyapunov theory, giving a variable gain controller solving process; and giving a final control input expression based on an actual semi-active suspension system. According to the method, the load change and the road disturbance can be effectively processed, the nonlinear characteristic and the dissipation constraint of the actuator are fully considered on the premise that the vehicle weight can be accurately estimated, and the load adaptive capacity of the CDC semi-active suspension system is achieved within the driving current feasible region range.
一种基于CDC半主动悬架的载荷自适应控制方法,涉及车辆减振控制技术领域。建立具有零对称约束的切换非线性半主动悬架模型;将车重参数引入前件变量簇,切换非线性半主动悬架模型转换为车重依赖的切换T‑S系统模型;列举系统所有可能的切换索引对;基于分段李雅普诺夫理论,给出变增益控制器求取过程;基于实际半主动悬架系统给出最终控制输入表达式。能够有效处理负载变化和道路扰动,在车重可以准确估计的前提下,充分考虑了执行器的非线性特性和耗散约束,在驱动电流可行域范围内实现CDC半主动悬架系统的载荷自适应能力。
