The embodiment of the invention discloses an airplane hydraulic reverse thrust control system and a control method thereof. Each actuating mechanism in the system comprises a lock actuator, a lock-free actuator, a main lock and a synchronous shaft lock, wherein the lock actuator and the lock-free actuator are connected through a synchronous flexible shaft; the isolation control valve switch and the third defensive line lock switch are used for closing or opening a throttle lever assembly by operating a reverse push rod; the isolation control valve switch is connected with the engine interface control device, the reverse push rod angle position sensor is connected with the engine electronic controller, and the third defense line lock switch is connected between the engine interface control device and the relay; the engine interface control device is also respectively connected with an aircraft radio altimeter, an engine electronic controller and an isolation control valve; the engine electronic controller is further connected with the direction control valve and synchronous shaft locks of the actuating mechanisms on the two sides. The isolation control valve is connected with the direction control valve and third defensive line locks on the two sides. And the direction control valve is respectively connected with the actuators with the locks in the two sets of actuating mechanisms. The invention solves the problem of common-mode failure caused by the fact that two main locks are completely the same in the existing hydraulic reverse thrust control system, and the common-mode failure can influence the independence of three defensive line locks of the reverse thrust control system and reduce the safety of the system.

    本发明实施例公开了一种飞机液压反推控制系统及其控制方法,该系统中的每套作动机构分别包括:通过同步软轴连接的带锁作动器和无锁作动器,主锁和同步轴锁;通过对反推杆的操作以关闭或断开油门杆组件的隔离控制阀开关和所述第三防线锁开关;隔离控制阀开关与发动机接口控制装置连接,反推杆角度位置传感器与发动机电子控制器连接,第三防线锁开关连接于发动机接口控制装置与继电器之间;发动机接口控制装置还分别与飞机无线电高度计、发动机电子控制器和隔离控制阀连接;发动机电子控制器还与方向控制阀以及两侧作动机构的同步轴锁连接;隔离控制阀分别与方向控制阀和两侧第三防线锁;方向控制阀分别与两套作动机构中的带锁作动器连接。本发明解决了现有液压反推控制系统中由于两个主锁完全相同,而产生的共模失效问题,共模失效会影响反推控制系统三道防线锁的独立性,降低系统的安全性。
