The invention relates to a vehicle driving processing method and device, electronic equipment and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicles, and the method comprises the steps: firstly obtaining fatigue detection information of a driver; then, if it is judged that the driver is in a fatigue state according to the fatigue detection information, an auxiliary driving mode of the vehicle is started, whether other passengers except the driver exist in a cabin of the vehicle or not is recognized, and the auxiliary driving mode comprises the step of limiting the speed of the vehicle; and if it is judged that the other passengers exist in the cabin of the vehicle, prompting to replace the driver. According to the technical scheme, the fatigue driving state can be detected in combination with the overall environment in the vehicle, reasonable suggestions can be prompted in the fatigue driving state, and the driving safety is improved by means of multi-scene processing such as sound and fragrance refreshing, speed reduction, vehicle lamplight and auxiliary driving starting.
