According to the method, manufacturing of the thin-wall component with the inner flow channel structure is achieved, the fluid medium is introduced into the inner flow channel, the temperature resistance level of the metal thin-wall component is improved, and application of the thin-wall component in a high-speed aircraft is promoted.
