The invention belongs to the field of material processing and manufacturing, and relates to an active cooling functional structure and a manufacturing method. According to the manufacturing method, a metal material diffusion bonding technology is adopted, plates obtained after runner manufacturing is completed in advance are assembled and placed in diffusion bonding equipment to be manufactured into blank plate materials of the prefabricated inner runner, and then the prefabricated blank plate materials are placed in forming equipment to complete manufacturing of the thin-wall structure with the active cooling function. According to the method, manufacturing of the thin-wall component with the inner flow channel structure is achieved, the fluid medium is introduced into the inner flow channel, the temperature resistance level of the metal thin-wall component is improved, and application of the thin-wall component in a high-speed aircraft is promoted.

    本发明属于材料加工制造领域,涉及主动冷却功能结构与制造方法。本发明采用金属材料扩散连接技术,将预先完成流道制造的板材装配并置于扩散连接设备中制成预制内流道的毛坯板料,再将预制的毛坯板料置于成形设备中完成带主动冷却功能的薄壁结构制造。本发明实现了带内流道结构薄壁构件的制造,在内流道中通入流体介质提升了金属薄壁构件的耐温等级,促进了薄壁构件在高速飞行器中的应用。
