The invention relates to a multi-parallel LFP lithium battery thermal runaway diagnosis method, which comprises the following steps: after a BMS is powered on, collecting thermal runaway sensor signals, temperature data, voltage data and insulation data of a battery pack to be detected, and detecting communication validity in real time; judging whether the thermal runaway sensor gives an alarm or breaks down, respectively determining a temperature detection result, a voltage detection result and an insulation detection result of the battery pack to be detected according to the temperature data, the voltage data and the insulation data, and simultaneously determining a communication validity detection result; when the thermal runaway sensor gives an alarm and the temperature detection result, the voltage detection result, the communication effectiveness detection result or the insulation detection result are faults, determining that the battery pack to be detected has a thermal runaway fault; and when the thermal runaway sensor has a fault and the temperature detection result is a fault, determining that the battery pack to be detected has a thermal runaway fault. According to the invention, false alarm or missing alarm caused by the diagnosis strategy or the fault of the thermal runaway sensor can be reduced.

    本发明涉及一种多并LFP锂电池热失控诊断方法,其包括BMS上电后,采集待测电池组的热失控传感器信号、温度数据、电压数据以及绝缘数据并实时检测通讯有效性;判断热失控传感器是报警还是出现故障,并根据温度数据、电压数据、绝缘数据分别确定待测电池组的温度检测结果、电压检测结果、绝缘检测结果,同时确定通讯有效性检测结果;在热失控传感器报警且温度检测结果、电压检测结果、通讯有效性检测结果或绝缘检测结果为故障情况下,确定所述待测电池组发生了热失控故障;在热失控传感器出现故障且温度检测结果为故障情况下,确定所述待测电池组发生了热失控故障。本发明能够降低因诊断策略或热失控传感器本身故障导致的误报或漏报。
