The invention relates to the technical field of subway vehicle-mounted batteries, in particular to an efficient energy recovery method of a battery management system for rail transit, which comprises the following steps of: transforming a high-voltage equipment cabinet body on an existing subway vehicle, and arranging a specific coil in the cabinet body; the two ends of the coil are connected to a storage battery management system, when high-voltage high-power equipment operates, voltage is generated at the two ends of the coil, and the storage battery management system controls and converts the voltage after detecting the voltage at the two ends of the coil. The system has the advantages that the efficiency of the storage battery is improved, the electromagnetic interference is reduced, and the electromagnetic radiation energy is recycled, because the generated electromagnetic radiation can generate eddy current loss on the metal cabinet body when high-voltage high-power equipment on the existing subway vehicle runs, the current equipment cabinet body is modified, and the coil is additionally arranged on the cabinet body, so that the electromagnetic radiation can be recycled. When internal electromagnetic radiation passes through the coil of the cabinet body, voltage is naturally generated at the two ends of the coil according to the basic principle of electromagnetic induction.

    本发明涉及地铁车载电池技术领域,尤其为一种轨道交通用电池管理系统高效能量回收方法,该方案实现包括如下步骤:对现有地铁车辆上的高压设备柜体进行改造,在柜体内部布置特定的线圈;将线圈两端接入蓄电池管理系统,当高压大功率设备运行时,会在线圈两端产生电压,蓄电池管理系统检测到线圈两端的电压后,对电压进行控制和转化。本发明具备提高蓄电池效率,减少电磁干扰,并回收利用电磁辐射能量的优点,由于现有的地铁车辆上的高压大功率设备运行时,产生的电磁辐射会在金属柜体上产生涡流损耗,所以通过对现有设备柜体进行改造,在柜体上增加线圈,当内部电磁辐射穿过柜体线圈时,根据电磁感应的基本原理,会在线圈的两端自然产生电压。
