According to the full-hydraulic steering system and the control method, through the arrangement of a steering gear, a steering oil pump, a main oil way, an auxiliary oil way, an emergency valve and a controller, when the thrust of hydraulic oil output by the main oil way is larger than the elastic force of a flow limiting spring in the emergency valve, the main oil way provides hydraulic oil for the emergency valve; when the thrust of hydraulic oil output by the main oil way is smaller than the elastic force of a flow limiting spring in the emergency valve, the controller controls the auxiliary oil way to provide hydraulic oil for the steering gear; a second one-way valve is arranged on the auxiliary oil way, so that hydraulic failure caused by the fact that hydraulic oil of the main oil way enters an emergency steering pump of the auxiliary oil way is avoided; the first one-way valve is arranged on the main oil way, when the auxiliary oil way provides hydraulic oil for the steering gear, the hydraulic oil of the auxiliary oil way is prevented from entering the active steering pump of the main oil way, and therefore when the main oil way breaks down, the auxiliary oil way can be rapidly and automatically started, normal running of a vehicle is guaranteed, and dangerous situations are avoided.
本发明提出了一种全液压转向系统及控制方法,通过转向器、转向油泵、主油路、辅助油路、应急阀和控制器的设置,在主油路输出的液压油推力大于应急阀内限流弹簧的弹力时,由主油路为应急阀提供液压油;当主油路输出的液压油推力小于应急阀内限流弹簧的弹力时,控制器控制辅助油路为转向器提供液压油;在辅助油路上第二单向阀的设置,避免主油路的液压油进入到辅助油路的应急转向泵内而导致液压失效;在主油路上设置第一单向阀,在辅助油路为转向器提供液压油时,避免辅助油路的液压油进入到主油路的主动转向泵内,从而实现在主油路发生故障时,能够快速地自动启动辅助油路,保证车辆正常行驶,避免危险情况发生。
