The invention discloses a steering speed consistency control method for a full-hydraulic steering mechanical system, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring the rotating speed of an engine, calculating a flow correction coefficient of a variable pump, and then calculating the duty ratio of PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) for controlling the displacement of the variable pump, so as to ensure that the output flow of the variable pump is kept consistent for given rotating angle input under different rotating speeds of the engine; and therefore, the steering angle of the full-hydraulic vehicle is kept consistent, the safety of the full-hydraulic steering vehicle during high-speed steering is improved, and the control intensity of a driver is reduced.
本发明公开了一种全液压转向机械系统的转向速度一致性控制方法,是通过采集发动机转速,计算出变量泵流量修正系数,然后计算控制变量泵排量的PWM的占空比,以保证发动机在不同转速下,对于给定的转角输入,变量泵输出流量保持一致,从而使得全液压车辆转向角度保持一致,进而提高全液压转向车辆高速转向时的安全性,降低驾驶员的操纵强度。
