The first accelerator instruction for indicating the accelerator to jump in a cliff mode is optimized through the preset accelerator change rate, so that the second accelerator instruction with the accelerator value smoothly transited to 0 at the preset accelerator change rate is generated, the accelerator is prevented from instantaneously changing too violently, and vehicle control is more stable.
