The method comprises the steps that under the condition that it is determined that a vehicle is in a backward sliding state, the backward sliding speed of the vehicle is obtained; if the backward sliding speed is larger than the first speed threshold value and the vehicle meets the backward sliding braking condition, a motor is controlled to generate braking torque so as to brake the vehicle in the backward sliding direction; and under the condition that the backward sliding vehicle speed is smaller than the second vehicle speed threshold value, the motor is controlled to generate driving torque so as to drive the vehicle in the direction opposite to the backward sliding direction. According to the scheme, when the backward sliding speed of the vehicle is high, the vehicle is braked in the backward sliding direction, and when the backward sliding speed of the vehicle is reduced to be low, the motor is controlled to generate the driving torque to drive the vehicle in the direction opposite to the backward sliding direction, so that the starting smoothness of the vehicle can be improved, and tire friction is reduced.
