The invention discloses an electric vehicle thermal runaway early warning method based on a control chip, which comprises the following steps: 1) after a vehicle main positive relay is closed, a query flag bit-Enct is zeroed; (2) after the vehicle is powered off at the OFF gear, the BMS inquires Enct and sets an awakening condition; (3) the Enct is judged, and the BMS is controlled to act; and (4) the control chip inspects the voltage and the temperature of the single battery and controls the BMS to act. Real-time monitoring of the single battery can be realized, the thermal runaway fault of the battery can be accurately detected and early warned, and safe use of the battery is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种基于控制芯片的电动汽车热失控预警方法,包括如下步骤:1)车辆主正继电器闭合后,查讯标志位‑Enct置零;2)车辆OFF档下电后,BMS查询Enct并设置唤醒条件;3)对Enct进行判断,并控制BMS动作;4)控制芯片对电池单体电压、温度进行巡检,并控制BMS动作。可实现对电池单体的实时监测,准确检测并预警电池的热失控故障,保障电池的安全使用。
