The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a fault processing method and device for an IGBT power module, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: judging whether a drive chip corresponding to a plurality of bridge arms of the IGBT power module has a hardware fault or not; if the drive chip corresponding to any bridge arm has a hardware fault, a pulse width modulation (PWM) drive signal of the drive chip corresponding to any bridge arm is collected through the main control chip, and whether a serial peripheral interface (SPI) communication fault exists between the main control chip and the drive chip is judged based on the PWM drive signal; if the SPI communication fault exists between the main control chip and the driving chip, the fault type of the SPI communication fault is determined, the fault level of the IGBT power module is evaluated based on the fault type, and the fault processing strategy of the IGBT power module is determined according to the fault level. Therefore, on the premise that system fault protection is achieved, the driving feeling of people in the vehicle is protected to the maximum extent.

    本申请涉及车辆技术领域,特别涉及一种IGBT功率模块的故障处理方法、装置、车辆及存储介质,其中,方法包括:判断绝缘栅双极型晶体管IGBT功率模块的多路桥臂对应的驱动芯片是否存在硬件故障;若任一路桥臂对应的驱动芯片存在硬件故障,则通过主控芯片回采任一路桥臂对应的驱动芯片的脉冲宽度调制PWM驱动信号,并基于PWM驱动信号判断主控芯片与驱动芯片之间是否为串行外设接口SPI通讯故障;若主控芯片与驱动芯片之间为SPI通讯故障,则确定SPI通讯故障的故障类型,并基于故障类型评估IGBT功率模块的故障等级,且根据故障等级确定IGBT功率模块的故障处理策略。由此,在实现系统故障保护的前提下最大限度的对车上人员的驾乘感受进行保护。
