The invention provides a static force follow-up loading system under a wing vibration condition. The static force follow-up loading system comprises a follow-up loading device, a hydraulic system and a control system, the hydraulic system is in transmission connection with the follow-up loading device; the control system is in signal connection with the hydraulic system; the follow-up loading device comprises a steel wire rope, a movable pulley block, a swing arm, a fixed pulley block, a fixed bottom frame and an elastic rope; a movable pulley block pin shaft is connected with the swing arm; a fixed pulley block pin shaft is connected with the fixed bottom frame; one end of the steel wire rope is connected with the wing, and the other end of the steel wire rope sequentially bypasses the movable pulley block and the fixed pulley block to be connected with the elastic rope; a guide rail, a rotating shaft and a fixed support are mounted on the fixed bottom frame; the swing arm is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft and slidably connected with the guide rail; an oil cylinder is installed on the fixed support, and the fixed end and the movable end of the oil cylinder are connected with the fixed support and the swing arm respectively. According to the invention, the test function of the follow-up loading system is improved, the test effect is closer to reality, and the accuracy and scientificity of the follow-up loading test result are improved.

    本发明提供一种翼振动条件下静力随动加载系统,包括随动加载装置、液压系统、控制系统;液压系统与随动加载装置传动连接;控制系统与液压系统信号连接;随动加载装置包括钢丝绳、动滑轮组、摆臂、定滑轮组、固定底框、弹力绳;动滑轮组销轴连接摆臂,定滑轮组销轴连接固定底框;钢丝绳一端与翼连接,另一端依次绕过动滑轮组、定滑轮组与弹力绳连接,弹力绳远离钢丝绳一端连接倒链机构;固定底框上安装导轨、旋转轴和固定支座;摆臂与旋转轴转动连接,与导轨滑动连接;固定支座上安装有油缸,油缸的固定端、活动端分别与固定支座、摆臂连接。本发明提升了随动加载系统试验功能,使试验效果更接近真实,提高了随动加载试验结果的准确性和科学性。
