The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft strength tests, and provides a wing follow-up deformation loading device. The device is connected with the loading actuator through the sliding block on the inclined support, so that the output shaft of the loading device and the wing surface loading position of the wing test piece are kept vertical as far as possible by changing the position of the loading device. A force sensor on the loading device, a laser displacement sensor on the wing test piece and a guide rail lead screw are connected with control equipment, so that position follow-up control and loading load control are realized. The invention provides a wing follow-up deformation loading device capable of realizing large displacement and large rotation angle, and ensures that the loading direction is perpendicular to a wing surface as far as possible; and the device is wide in application range and is suitable for strength test loading of wings with different shapes.

    本发明属于飞行器强度试验技术领域,提出了一种机翼随动变形加载装置。该装置通过斜支座上的滑块连接加载作动器,实现加载装置通过改变其位置实现加载装置的输出轴与机翼试验件的翼面加载处尽可能保持垂直关系。通过加载装置上的力传感器、机翼试验件上的激光位移传感器以及导轨丝杠与控制设备连接,实现位置随动控制和加载载荷控制。本发明提供一种能够实现大位移、大转角的机翼随动变形加载装置,保证加载载荷方向尽可能垂直于翼面;且应用范围广,该装置适用于不同外形的机翼强度试验加载。
