In the load working mode, the motor can control the piston of the brake master cylinder to move in the pressure building direction and obtain the pressure building pressure, and the motor can control the piston of the brake master cylinder to move in the pressure relief direction and obtain the pressure relief pressure and the return displacement, so that the pressure building starting position is determined again, and it is guaranteed that the piston can start power-assisted pressure building from the pressure building starting position; therefore, the braking force establishing time is shortened, and it is guaranteed that a braking system can provide braking force in time.
本发明提供了一种补液控制方法、装置、制动系统及车辆,应用于车辆的制动系统,包括:若制动系统在欠负载工作模式下,根据制动主缸的建压压力、泄压压力以及活塞在制动主缸泄压下的回退位移量确定建压起始位置;当建压起始位置大于预设的第一门限位置时,向制动系统发送回退补液请求命令;制动系统基于回退请求命令控制电机回退并对制动主缸进行补液。在负载工作模式下,电机可控制制动主缸的活塞向建压方向移动并获得建压压力,以及电机可控制制动主缸的活塞向泄压方向移动并获得泄压压力和回退位移,以重新确定建压起始位置,来保证活塞能够从建压起始位置开始助力建压,从而减小制动力建立的时间,保证制动系统能够及时提供制动力。
