The invention discloses a method, a device and a system for demagnetizing a magnetorheological suspension. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring excitation coil control current of the magnetorheological suspension and magnetic induction intensity of a magnetized piston iron core in real time; whether demagnetization processing is carried out or not is judged according to the excitation coil control current collected in real time and the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetized piston iron core, the existence of residual magnetism can be recognized in time, the residual magnetism is eliminated, and therefore agglomeration and sedimentation are reduced, it is guaranteed that the performance of the magnetorheological damper is stable, and the control precision is improved conveniently. And real-time signal sampling is carried out on the exciting current and the magnetic induction intensity of the piston iron core, so that detection and feedback control on the demagnetization effect can be realized.

    本发明公开了磁流变悬架的消磁方法、装置及系统,通过实时采集磁流变悬架的励磁线圈控制电流、活塞铁心磁化后的磁感应强度;根据实时采集的所述励磁线圈控制电流、活塞铁心磁化后的磁感应强度判断是否进行消磁处理,能及时识别剩磁的存在,并对剩磁进行消除,从而减少团聚和沉降,保证磁流变减振器的性能稳定,便于提高控制精度。且通过对励磁电流和活塞铁心磁感应强度进行实时信号采样,可实现对消磁效果的检测和反馈控制。
