The invention discloses a tower crane operation early warning system based on operator privacy protection, which is characterized in that a working module is used for controlling motors of all parts of a tower crane to move; the authority control module is used for judging and releasing control authority to motors at all positions controlled by the working module on the basis of a monitoring result of the whole tower crane monitored by the monitoring module and a monitoring result of a control end; the monitoring module is a monitoring cluster based on a kinetin and a biological position; the pre-judgment module is used for judging whether an operator is in a working state or not according to the behavior of the operator; the clock module issues and recycles a switching signal to the monitoring module based on time setting; the electronic fence is used for carrying out identity recognition on personnel entering a tower crane operation authority area; and the authority module is used for carrying out accident early warning based on the use authority of the operation related personnel and sending an authority recovery signal to the authority control module according to the current early warning condition. According to the invention, the purpose of high privacy protection is realized through multiple permissions.
