The invention discloses a tower crane operation early warning method which comprises the following steps: establishing a spatial three-dimensional coordinate system, and acquiring spatial three-dimensional coordinate information of an object in an operation range of a tower crane and spatial three-dimensional coordinate information of a moving part of the tower crane; calculating the distance from the moving part of the tower crane to the object based on the spatial three-dimensional coordinate information of the object and the spatial three-dimensional coordinate information of the moving part of the tower crane; judging the relationship between the distance from the moving part of the tower crane to the object and a preset distance S; and if the distance from the moving part of the tower crane to the object is smaller than the preset distance S, sending out warning information.
本发明公开了一种塔式起重机作业预警方法,包括:建立空间三维坐标系,获取塔式起重机作业范围内的物体的空间三维坐标信息以及塔式起重机的运动部件的空间三维坐标信息;基于物体的空间三维坐标信息以及塔式起重机的运动部件的空间三维坐标信息计算塔式起重机的运动部件到物体的距离;判断塔式起重机的运动部件到物体的距离与预设距离S之间的关系:若塔式起重机的运动部件到物体的距离小于预设距离S,则发出警示信息。
