The embodiment of the invention provides a fixed-height variable-amplitude height compensation control method, a controller, a tower crane and a medium, and relates to the technical field of engineering construction.The fixed-height variable-amplitude height compensation control method comprises the steps that the boom tip position and the boom inclination angle of a cargo boom of the tower crane are obtained in real time; constructing a height compensation model by using a first variable quantity of the inclination angle of the boom before and after the fixed-height amplitude variation, a second variable quantity of the height compensation quantity of the steel wire rope before and after the fixed-height amplitude variation and the position of the rotary center; the arm tip positions before and after fixed-height amplitude variation and the arm support inclination angles before and after fixed-height amplitude variation are input into a height compensation model, and the height real-time compensation amount is obtained; and controlling the steel wire rope to perform height compensation according to the height real-time compensation amount. According to the embodiment of the invention, the problems of large height compensation error and poor real-time performance in the existing fixed-height variable-amplitude technology can be solved.

    本申请实施例提供一种定高变幅的高度补偿控制方法、控制器、塔机及介质,涉及工程建设技术领域,定高变幅的高度补偿控制方法包括:实时获取塔机的起重臂的臂尖位置和臂架倾角;利用臂架倾角在定高变幅前后的第一变化量、钢丝绳高度补偿量在定高变幅前后的第二变化量以及回转中心位置,构建高度补偿模型;将定高变幅前后的臂尖位置以及定高变幅前后的臂架倾角输入至高度补偿模型,得到高度实时补偿量;根据高度实时补偿量控制钢丝绳进行高度补偿。本申请实施例可以解决现有定高变幅技术中高度补偿误差大、实时性不佳的问题。
