The invention provides a container wharf loading and unloading interaction automation control system which comprises a supporting assembly, a transverse rail is installed on the upper portion of the supporting assembly, and a walking trolley is movably connected to the transverse rail; a hydraulic device is mounted on the walking trolley; the hydraulic device is connected with two sets of hydraulic cylinders; hoisting clamps are respectively mounted at the bottoms of the two sets of hydraulic cylinders; the hoisting clamp is provided with an upper hoisting frame and a lower hoisting frame; the upper hoisting frame is flexibly connected with the lower hoisting frame; the top of the upper hoisting frame is connected with the telescopic end of the hydraulic cylinder, and the lower hoisting frame is provided with a container clamp. The upper hoisting frame and the lower hoisting frame are flexibly connected, so that the impact force of a hard connection mode on a hoisted object and hoisting equipment during hoisting and below is avoided, and the stability of a system is improved. The system can operate automatically, saves cost, reduces labor maintenance intensity, is convenient to maintain, and reduces potential safety hazards.

    本发明提供一种集装箱码头装卸交互自动化控制系统,包括:支撑组件,支撑组件上部安装有横向轨道,横向轨道上移动连接有行走小车;行走小车上安装有液压装置;液压装置连接有两套液压缸,两套液压缸的底部分别安装有吊装夹具;吊装夹具设置有吊装上架和吊装下架;吊装上架与吊装下架采用柔性连接;吊装上架的顶部与液压缸的伸缩端连接,吊装下架设置有集装箱夹具。本发明吊装上架和吊装下架以柔性连接方式,避免硬连接方式对吊装物及吊装设备在吊起及下方时的冲击力,提升系统的稳定性。系统可以自动化运行,节省成本并降低人力维护强度,便于维护保养,减少安全隐患。
