A container ship mooring, loading and unloading safety monitoring system for a wharf utilizes small ship rocking motion excited during mooring, loading and unloading and a multi-line laser radar array installed on a quay crane cross beam to monitor ship mooring, loading and unloading safety according to multiple paths of information such as wharf waves, wharf tide levels, ship type structures, sling positions, sling tightness, spin lock opening and closing, laser point cloud and the like. Acquiring ship shape pose information, ship rocking dip angle waveform and average draft in real time; a nonlinear waveform parameter identification algorithm based on regular wave removal/loading and unloading excitation, bilateral mooring constraint removal and multi-path random waveform integration is adopted, and optimal fitting parameters such as the inherent period and the steady-state inclination angle of the ship rocking inclination angle waveform are solved; according to an IMO approximation formula, the initial stability corrected by the free liquid level is estimated, and real-time monitoring and early warning on the mooring loading and unloading safety of the container ship are achieved; therefore, data support is provided for a wharf and a ship side to timely adopt accumulated/loaded load adjustment, and accidents and disasters such as cargo box falling into water, ship overturning and channel blockage caused by improper load distribution/accumulated load are prevented.

    一种码头用集装箱船舶系泊装卸安全监测系统,利用系泊装卸时激发的小幅船摇运动和岸桥横梁上安装的多线激光雷达阵列,根据码头波浪、码头潮位、船型结构、吊具位置、吊索松紧、旋锁开闭、激光点云等多路信息,实时获取船形位姿信息、船摇倾角波形和平均型吃水;并采用基于去规则波/装卸载激励、去双侧系泊约束和多路随机波形整合的非线性波形参数辩识算法,求解船摇倾角波形的固有周期和稳态倾角等最佳拟合参数;再根据IMO近似公式估算经自由液面修正的初稳性高,实现对集装箱船舶系泊装卸安全进行实时监测和预警;从而为码头和船方及时采取积/压载调整提供数据支持,防范因配/积载不当引发的货箱落水、船舶倾覆和航道堵塞等事故灾难。
