By means of the electromagnetic clutch and the transmission shaft, the main motor can control rotation of the turnover shaft and the transmission shaft at the same time, the height and the angle of the suspension are synchronously adjusted, and therefore synchronous adjustment of the angle and the height of the suspension is achieved, and the convenience of suspension adjustment is improved.
