An anti-impact vibration reduction rearview mirror for an armored vehicle is composed of an installation plate (1), a spring (2), a cross recessed countersunk head screw M8 (3), a lens (4), a mirror frame (5), an installation base (6) and a cross recessed countersunk head screw M6 (7). Firstly, the spring (2) is bonded through AB structural adhesive or fixed to the mirror frame (5) in a welded mode, then the lens (4) is placed on the spring (2), finally, the installation plate is placed on the lens and pressed to the position corresponding to the hole position of the cross recessed countersunkhead screw M8 (3), and installation of the whole rearview mirror can be completed by screwing down the cross recessed countersunk head screw M8 (3). The rearview mirror which is completely assembledis installed on any armored vehicle rearview mirror rod through a cross recessed countersunk head screw M6 (7). The problem that an armored vehicle cannot directly shoot under the condition that a rearview mirror is not disassembled is solved, and the driving safety during shooting between carriages is improved; the anti-impact vibration reduction rearview mirror has the characteristics of simplestructure, high reliability and good interchangeability.
一种装甲车辆用防冲击减振后视镜,由安装板(1)、弹簧(2)、十字槽沉头螺钉M8(3)、镜片(4)、镜框(5)安装座(6)、十字槽沉头螺钉M6(7)组成;先将弹簧(2)用AB结构胶粘接或采用焊接的方式将弹簧(2)固定在镜框(5)上,再将镜片(4)放置在弹簧(2)上,最后将安装板放置在镜片上,按压压至十字槽沉头螺钉M8(3)孔位对应位置,拧紧十字槽沉头螺钉M8(3)即可完成整个后视镜的安装;将已装配完整的后视镜用十字槽沉头螺钉M6(7)安装在任意装甲车后视镜杆上。本发明解决了装甲车辆在不拆卸后视镜的情况下不能直接射击的问题,提高了行车间射击时驾驶的安全性;具有结构简单、可靠性高、互换性好的特点。
