According to the invention, on the basis of image detection, path prediction and behavior detection are combined to realize operation area monitoring, and a corresponding protection mechanism is adaptively selected through the type division of public equipment, so that the monitoring requirement of the intelligent operation area with increasingly increased functions at present is met.
