The invention discloses a self-walking transformer substation inspection robot. The robot comprises a robot body which is a main control system of the robot; the four leg moving mechanisms are rotationally arranged on the side portions of the robot body correspondingly. The bottom storage cavity is fixed to the bottom of the robot body and located between the leg moving mechanisms. The roller moving mechanism is connected into the bottom storage cavity; the detection device is fixed to the top of the robot body. The observation device is slidably arranged on the top of the robot body. Compared with the prior art, the inspection robot can be freely switched between leg movement and roller movement, so that the inspection robot can normally move for inspection work in indoor and outdoor flat or complex road conditions, not only can quickly inspect and detect the whole exterior of a transformer substation, but also can perform close-range detection on the interior of transformer substation equipment; power grid work quality improvement and efficiency improvement are effectively promoted, and personal and power grid safety is further guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种自行走式变电站巡检机器人,包括:机器人本体为机器人主要控制系统;腿部移动机构设有四条,分别转动设置在机器人本体的侧部;底部收纳腔体固定在机器人本体的底部,位于腿部移动机构之间;滚轮移动机构连接在底部收纳腔体内;检测装置固定在机器人本体的顶部;观测装置滑动设置在机器人本体的顶部。与现有技术相比,本发明可在腿部移动和滚轮移动之间自由切换,使巡检机器人可在室内外平整或复杂的路况中正常移动进行巡检工作,不仅可对变电站外部整体进行快速巡查检测,也可可对变电站设备内部进行近距离的检测,有效推动电网工作提质增效,进一步保障人身和电网安全。
