The relay state detection circuit comprises a power battery pack, a plurality of relays, a voltage acquisition module, a plurality of voltage division circuits and a controller, the relays are sequentially connected between the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the power battery pack in series. The two ends of the relay are respectively provided with a detection point. The controller is electrically connected with the voltage acquisition module, and is configured to receive the voltage value of the first voltage end of the voltage division circuit acquired by the voltage acquisition module, and to determine the voltage value of the reference voltage end of the voltage division circuit according to the voltage value of the first voltage end of the voltage division circuit connected with the detection points at the two ends of the relay to be detected and the voltage value of the reference voltage end. Judging whether the to-be-detected relay is closed according to whether the voltage values of the detection points at the two ends of the to-be-detected relay are equal or not; and at least one of the detection points at the two ends of the relay to be detected is in a power-on state.
