The method comprises the following steps: after the battery management system is electrified and initialized, acquiring a first voltage of a negative electrode end of a battery, delaying a first time when the first voltage is greater than or equal to a preset second voltage and less than or equal to a preset third voltage, and acquiring a fourth voltage of the negative electrode end again, and whether the relay is adhered is determined according to the first voltage and the fourth voltage, so that whether the total negative high-voltage relay is in an adhesion state can be accurately judged, the situation that the battery management system misjudges adhesion possibly caused when the power battery is charged and awakened can be avoided, and normal work of the power battery and the whole vehicle can be ensured.
本申请实施例公开了一种继电器粘连检测方法、检测电路、电池管理系统及电动车。该方法在电池管理系统上电完成初始化后,获取电池的负极端的第一电压,并在第一电压大于或等于预设的第二电压,且小于或等于预设的第三电压时,延时第一时间,并再次获取负极端的第四电压,并根据第一电压、第四电压确定继电器是否粘连,从而可以准确的判断总负高压继电器是否处于粘连状态,进而可以避免动力电池充电唤醒时可能导致的电池管理系统误判粘连情况,从而能够确保动力电池和整车进行正常工作。
