The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, and provides a floating control system, an operation machine and a floating control method.The floating control system comprises floating oil cylinders, floating control valves, oil inlet pipelines and one-way valves, and each oil cavity of each floating oil cylinder corresponds to one floating control valve; a second oil port of the floating control valve is communicated with an oil cavity of the floating oil cylinder, when the floating control valve is in a floating working position, the first oil port is communicated with the second oil port, and when the floating control valve is in a locking working position, the first oil port is cut off from the second oil port; the first oil ports of the floating control valves are communicated and connected with the second end of the oil inlet pipeline, and the first end of the oil inlet pipeline is connected with oil supply pipelines of other execution elements. Therefore, the situation that a special hydraulic pump is arranged on the floating control system is avoided, oil pressure can be indirectly supplemented to the oil inlet pipeline when other execution elements act, when the floating oil cylinder needs to float, the floating control valve is switched to the floating working position, the hydraulic pump does not need to operate to supplement oil, and energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明涉及工程机械技术领域,提供一种浮动控制系统、作业机械及浮动控制方法,其中,浮动控制系统包括浮动油缸、浮动控制阀、进油管路和单向阀,每个浮动油缸的每个油腔对应一个浮动控制阀,浮动控制阀的第二油口与浮动油缸的油腔连通,浮动控制阀在浮动工作位,第一油口与第二油口导通,浮动控制阀在锁止工作位,第一油口与第二油口截止;各个浮动控制阀的第一油口连通且均与进油管路的第二端相连接,进油管路的第一端连接其他执行元件的供油管路。如此,避免了对浮动控制系统配置专门的液压泵,且其他执行元件动作时,可以间接地向进油管路补充油压,在浮动油缸需要浮动时,将浮动控制阀切换至浮动工作位即可,无需液压泵运行补油,能耗降低。
