The invention discloses an offshore wind power large-diameter single pile foundation dismantling platform and a construction method thereof. The platform comprises at least two dismantling sub-platforms and a centralized control system. Each dismantling sub-platform comprises a bottom frame, a floating body platform, a middle stand column frame, a top frame, a top frame platform, a telescopic friction pad and a cutting device, the bottom frame is installed below the floating body platform, the top of the floating body platform is connected with the bottom of the top frame through the middle stand column frame, and the side face of the top frame is connected with the top frame platform; the bottom frame, the floating body platform, the middle stand column frame and the top frame jointly form a semi-cylindrical hollow area, the telescopic friction pad is installed in the semi-cylindrical hollow area, and the cutting devices are installed at the bottom of the bottom frame and the bottom of the top frame respectively. The two dismantling sub-platforms are connected to form a dismantling platform, and the centralized control system is in communication connection with the telescopic friction pad and the cutting device; the offshore wind power retired single pile can be dismounted from bottom to top, and dismounting of the offshore wind power large-diameter single pile component can be completed without a large device or blasting.

    本发明公开了一种海上风电大直径单桩基础拆除平台及其施工方法,该平台包括至少两个拆除子平台及集控系统;每个拆除子平台包括底架、浮体平台、中间立柱架、顶架、顶架平台、可伸缩摩擦垫及切割装置,底架安装在浮体平台的下方,浮体平台的顶部通过中间立柱架与顶架的底部连接,顶架的侧面连接有顶架平台;底架、浮体平台、中间立柱架及顶架共同形成有一个半圆柱形中空区域,可伸缩摩擦垫安装在该半圆柱形中空区域内,切割装置分别安装在底架及顶架的底部;两个拆除子平台连接为一个拆除平台,集控系统与可伸缩摩擦垫及切割装置通讯连接;本发明实现自下而上海上风电退役单桩的拆除,无需大型装置或爆破,即完成海上风电大直径单桩部件的拆除。
