The invention provides an offshore wind power foundation driven type rock-socketed single pile construction process. The process comprises the following steps that a pile stabilizing platform is hoisted and placed on a platform support seat at a stern of a mother ship, and the mother ship and the pile stabilizing platform are accurately installed at the exact positions by controlling an anchoringsystem; support piles are inserted into support pile sleeves at the four corners of the pile stabilizing platform, and a vibrating hammer is adopted for sinking the piles to the construction design elevation; the pile stabilizing platform is integrally lifted and separated from the mother ship; the pile stabilizing platform is placed on the support piles through a platform hanging device, and thenis locked to the support piles after levelled to form the stable and reliable offshore pile stabilizing platform; and after being hoisted, steel pipe piles are inserted into the pile stabilizing platform for pile sinking, and after pile sinking is completed, the support piles are removed, and the mother ship is moved to the next position to repeat the process. According to the process, through the cooperation among the mother ship, the support piles and the movable modular pile stabilizing platform, the absolute positions of the large-diameter steel pipe piles during the pile sinking are guaranteed, the verticality of a single pile is met, and construction is convenient.

    一种海上风电基础打入式嵌岩单桩施工工艺,该工艺包括如下步骤,将稳桩平台吊装安放于母船尾部的平台支撑座上,通过操控锚泊系统,实现母船及稳桩平台精确就位;在稳桩平台四角的支撑桩套筒内插入支撑桩,采用振动锤沉桩至施工设计标高;将稳桩平台整体提升,与母船脱离;通过平台悬挂装置将稳桩平台安放于支撑桩上,调平后与支撑桩锁定,形成稳定、可靠的海上稳桩平台;钢管桩吊起后,插入稳桩平台内进行沉桩,沉桩完成后,拆除支撑桩,母船移位到下一个机位,重复上述过程。本发明通过母船、支撑桩与与移动式模块化稳桩平台的配合,保证大直径钢管桩沉桩时的绝对位置,并满足单桩垂直度,施工便捷。
