The invention relates to the technical field of new energy, and discloses a hydrogen fuel cell hybrid power system energy management method, which comprises the following steps: judging according to a historical environment temperature to obtain a season environment in which a whole vehicle is located; looking up the table to obtain initial required output power; pre-judging the road condition according to the road spectrum information, and adjusting the initial required output power to obtain undetermined output power; the undetermined output power is adjusted according to the heat dissipation capacity of the whole vehicle, and the actual output power is obtained; according to the limited variable-load frequency and the actual variable-load frequency in a period of time, adjusting the variable-load rate to obtain a target variable-load frequency; performing control output on the whole vehicle according to the actual output power and the target variable load rate; according to the application, a plurality of important factors which influence the durability of the power battery and the fuel battery, such as the environment temperature, the road condition characteristics, the heat dissipation capability of the whole vehicle and the variable load rate, are subjected to coupling judgment, the output power and the variable load rate of the fuel battery system are adjusted and controlled, and the dynamic property of the whole vehicle and the durability of the power battery and the fuel battery are comprehensively balanced.
