An energy management method of a hydrogen fuel cell hybrid power tractor comprises the steps that an electricity-electricity series-parallel hybrid power tractor control system composed of a hydrogen fuel cell and a power cell is used for controlling the hydrogen fuel cell and the power cell according to the working characteristics of the hydrogen fuel cell; according to the invention, a fuel cell system and a power cell system are adopted as an energy source of the tractor, and the power modes of the fuel cell system and a battery system are controlled by a vehicle control unit (VCU), so that the electric quantity SOC of the battery system tends to a set interval, and the energy management and distribution of the energy system in the driving walking operation and PTO operation process of the tractor are realized. The hydrogen fuel cell system tends to output stably, the working state of the driving motor and the working state of the PTO motor are controlled through the whole vehicle controller, the walking driving and PTO operation requirements of the tractor are met, meanwhile, the fuel cell system works in an efficient area as much as possible, and on the premise that the required power is met, the SOC variation and the equivalent hydrogen exhaustion possibility are small; and the working economy of the hydrogen fuel hybrid power tractor is realized.
一种氢燃料电池混合动力拖拉机的能量管理方法,将基于氢燃料电池和动力电池组成的电‑电混联的混合动力拖拉机控制系统,根据氢燃料电池的工作特性,实现拖拉机驱动行走作业和后动力输出PTO作业过程中能源系统的能量管理与分配,本发明采用燃料电池系统+动力电池系统作为拖拉机的能量源,通过整车控制器VCU控制燃料电池系统和电池系统的功率模式,使电池系统电量SOC趋于设定区间,氢燃料电池系统趋于平稳输出,通过整车控制器控制驱动电机和PTO电机的工作状态,满足拖拉机的行走驱动和PTO作业需求,同时使燃料电池系统尽可能工作在高效区,在满足需求功率的前提下,使SOC变化量与等效氢耗尽可能小,实现氢燃料混合动力拖拉机工作的经济性。
