The invention provides a charging and discharging method, a charging pile, an energy storage system and a computer readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the first state data of the energy storage system and the first environment data of a power grid; according to the first state data and the first environment data, an electric interaction object achieving electric interaction with a vehicle is determined, and the electric interaction object is the power grid or the energy storage system; and enabling the current of the vehicle to flow into the electric interaction object, or enabling the current of the electric interaction object to flow into the vehicle.
