The invention provides a charging pile control method, a computer readable storage medium and a charging pile system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a network connection state of a charging pile, and determining whether the charging pile is in an offline state; under the condition that the charging pile is in the offline state, whether card swiping information is obtained or not is determined, the card swiping information refers to information obtained by swiping a card on the charging pile when a user requests for charging, and the card swiping information is related to the user identity and the charging request; under the condition that the card swiping information is obtained, the charging pile is controlled to discharge according to the card swiping information, and charging data are stored and are data generated in the charging process. In the scheme, under the condition that the charging pile is in the offline state, if a user wants to use the charging pile, the user can use the charging pile by swiping a card and can control the charging pile to discharge, so that the charging pile can still be used in the offline state.
