A torque vibration reduction type range extending hybrid transmission system comprises a shell connected with an engine shell and a generator fixedly connected with the shell, and a driving disc connected with an engine crankshaft, a torque vibration reduction gear coaxially connected to the driving disc, a motor connecting shaft connected with the generator and a bevel gear integrally formed on the motor connecting shaft are arranged in the shell. The transmission is characterized in that the torque vibration reduction gear comprises an output fluted disc meshed with the bevel gear and a torque vibration reduction disc coaxially connected with the driving disc, and the output fluted disc is rotatably supported on the driving disc and elastically connected with the torque vibration reduction disc in the circumferential direction and the axial direction. The number of parts can be effectively reduced, the integration degree is improved, the space size is reduced, the mass is reduced, the transmission reliability and the structure compactness are improved, space arrangement is facilitated, and reliable transmission can be guaranteed under the positive drive working condition and the negative drive working condition of a transmission system.

    扭矩减振型增程混合传动系统,包括与发动机外壳连接的壳体和与壳体固接的发电机,壳体中装有与发动机曲轴连接的驱动盘、同轴连接在驱动盘上的扭矩减振齿轮、与发电机连接的电机连接轴和一体成型在电机连接轴上的斜齿轮,斜齿轮与扭矩减振齿轮啮合,其特征在于:所述的扭矩减振齿轮包括与斜齿轮啮合的输出齿盘和与驱动盘同轴连接的扭矩减振盘,输出齿盘可转动的支撑在驱动盘上,且与扭矩减振盘沿周向和轴向均弹性连接。本发明可有效减少零件数量,提高集成度,减少空间体积并降低质量,提高传动可靠性和结构紧凑性,有利于空间布置,保证在传动统正驱和反驱工况均能可靠传动。
