The invention relates to an extended-range hybrid transmission system which comprises a driving motor shell, a driving motor rear end cover, a driving motor stator and a driving motor rotor, a middle shell is arranged at the front end of the driving motor shell, and a power generation motor front end cover is arranged at the front end of the middle shell. A power generation motor stator, a power generation motor rotor, a rotor support and a power generation motor input shaft used for receiving power of an engine are arranged in a cavity formed by the middle shell and the power generation motor front end cover, and a reduction gear set and a differential mechanism are arranged at the position, deviating from one side of the power generation motor, in the cavity formed by the middle shell and the power generation motor front end cover. The electric vehicle has the advantages that the driving motor, the power generation motor and the speed reducing mechanism are highly integrated and share a shell structure, the middle shell serves as the driving motor front end cover, the power generation motor shell, the speed reducing mechanism shell and the differential mechanism shell, and the driving motor, the power generation motor, the speed reducing mechanism and the differential mechanism are supported through the middle shell; and the motor controller is integrated outside the transmission, and the motor controller and the transmission shell are shared, so that the integration and the integrity of the hybrid power system are further improved.

    本发明涉及一种增程式混动变速系统,包括驱动电机壳体、驱动电机后端盖、驱动电机定子和驱动电机转子,所述驱动电机壳体的前端设有中间壳体,所述中间壳体的前端设有发电电机前端盖,所述中间壳体与所述发电电机前端盖构成的空腔内设有发电电机定子、发电电机转子、转子支架及用于接受发动机动力的发电电机输入轴,中间壳体与发电电机前端盖构成的空腔内偏离发电电机一侧的位置设有减速齿轮组及差速器。本发明的有益效果如下:驱动电机、发电电机与减速机构高度集成,共用壳体结构,中间壳体兼做驱动电机前端盖、发电电机壳体、减速机构壳体及差速器壳体,依靠中间壳体对驱动电机、发电电机、减速机构以及差速器进行支撑,并且变速器外部集成电机控制器,电机控制器与变速器壳体共用,以此进一步提高混动系统的集成性以及一体性。
