The invention discloses a lifting steel wire rope positioning device and method with electromagnetism and vision cooperatively working. The lifting steel wire rope positioning device comprises a rope groove switching mechanism, a camera downward moving mechanism, a rope replacing mechanism, a probe retreating mechanism and an electromagnetic probe. The rope groove switching mechanism serves as a mounting platform and is located at the bottom of the whole device. The camera downward moving mechanism is movably installed on the top of the rope groove switching mechanism and can move left and right on the rope groove switching mechanism. Modular mechanisms are combined and mutually linked, so that the electromagnetic probe and the camera can change the inclination angle, the device can be suitable for lifting steel wire ropes under different inclination angle conditions besides detecting the lifting steel wire ropes in horizontal and vertical distribution states, electromagnetism and vision are combined to detect the lifting ropes, the accuracy is improved, and the detection efficiency is improved. When a plurality of hoisting steel wire ropes used in a mine hoisting system are detected, switching of rope grooves can be automatically achieved, different hoisting ropes arranged in an inclined mode can be freely positioned, performance is reliable, and operation is convenient and fast.
本发明公开了一种电磁与视觉协同工作的提升钢丝绳定位装置及方法,提升钢丝绳定位装置包括绳槽切换机构、相机下移机构、换绳机构、探头后退机构和电磁探头;所述绳槽切换机构作为安装平台,位于整体装置的底部;相机下移机构活动安装在绳槽切换机构顶部,相机下移机构在绳槽切换机构上能够左右移动。本发明通过模块化机构组合并相互联动,使电磁探头以及相机能够改变倾角,除检测水平和竖直分布状态下的提升钢丝绳外,还能适用于不同倾角情况下的提升钢丝绳,将电磁与视觉相结合来对提升绳检测,提高准确性,在对矿井提升系统中用到的多个提升钢丝绳检测时,能够自动实现绳槽的切换,可自由定位不同倾斜布置的提升绳、性能可靠,操作较为便捷。
