The invention discloses a lifting steel wire rope tension monitoring device, which comprises a bearing connection module, wherein the bearing connection module is arranged between a lifting wedge ring and a skip bucket and comprises a reverse fork, a pin shaft, a side plate and a sensor; the reverse fork is connected with the wedge ring; the pin shaft is inserted into the reverse fork and the side plate, and the sensor is embedded into the reverse fork, and is connected with the pin shaft. After material is loaded into the skip bucket, the action force of the reverse fork and the side plate is acted on the pin shaft, and the pin shaft transfers the action force to act on the sensor, so as to enable the sensor to obtain a tension monitoring signal. The lifting steel wire rope tension monitoring device has the advantages that by arranging the bearing connection module between the lifting wedge ring and the skip bucket, after the material is loaded into the skip bucket, the action force of the reverse fork and the side plate is acted on the pin shaft, and the pin shaft transfers the action force to act on the sensor, so as to enable the sensor to obtain the tension monitoring signal; the abnormal running state of the lifting system can be visually, accurately and effectively monitored, and the occurrence of the steel wire rope breaking accident is effectively avoided.
