The invention discloses a high-speed driving auxiliary braking control method based on electronic mechanical braking, relates to the field of mechanical electronic braking, and comprises an auxiliary braking control method based on an intelligent electronic mechanical braking system, and the electronic mechanical braking system comprises a control mechanism and an execution mechanism; the control structure comprises an electronic control unit ECU, and the electronic control unit receives sensor data, establishes whole vehicle communication, obtains a corresponding control command through calculation according to the whole vehicle state and issues the control command to the execution mechanism; the execution structure comprises a wheel side motor, a brake caliper, a brake pad and a force sensor arranged on the brake pad, after the wheel side motor receives a control command from the ECU, the brake caliper is controlled to enable the brake pad to be attached to the brake disc, the control command is fed back to the ECU through the force sensor, and the contact force between the brake pad and the brake disc is accurately adjusted. By the adoption of the method, the braking efficiency and the braking performance are improved, and therefore the running stability and safety of the vehicle are enhanced.

    本发明公开了一种基于电子机械制动的高速行车辅助制动控制方法,涉及机械电子制动领域,包括基于智能电子机械制动系统设置辅助制动控制方法,电子机械制动系统包括控制机构和执行机构;控制结构包括一个电子控制单元ECU,电子控制单元接收传感器数据,建立整车通讯,根据整车状态计算得到对应的控制命令,并将控制命令下发到执行机构;执行结构包括轮边电机、制动卡钳、制动片和设置在制动片上的力传感器,轮边电机接收到来自ECU的控制命令后,控制制动卡钳使制动片贴合制动盘,并通过力传感器反馈到ECU,精确地调整制动片与制动盘的接触力度。本发明采用上述方法,提高了制动效率和制动性能,从而增强了车辆的行驶稳定性和安全性。
