The preparation method of the hot forming steel comprises the following steps of smelting, casting, hot rolling, coiling, acid pickling, cold rolling, continuous annealing and hot stamping forming, the heat preservation temperature of continuous annealing is 740 DEG C or above, and the cooling speed of continuous annealing is lower than 40 DEG C/s; the content of epitaxial ferrite in a microscopic structure after continuous annealing is 10% or above; the hot-formed steel includes a prescribed content of components. According to the preparation method, on the premise that existing production procedures are not changed, based on designed alloy components, sufficient epitaxial ferrite rich in C, Mn and Si elements is obtained by regulating and controlling a continuous annealing process, so that the original austenite grain size in the hot stamping process is refined, and it is guaranteed that toughness is not lost while hot forming steel with the higher strength level is produced. And traditional 1.5 GPa hot forming steel is expected to be replaced, the weight of an automobile body is reduced, the cruising ability of an automobile is improved, and meanwhile the safety of passengers can be better guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种热成形钢及其制备方法和应用,属于合金材料技术领域。所述热成形钢的制备方法包括以下步骤:冶炼、铸造、热轧、卷取、酸洗、冷轧、连续退火以及热冲压成形,所述连续退火的保温温度为740℃以上,所述连续退火的冷却速度低于40℃/s;连续退火后的显微组织中外延铁素体含量为10%以上;所述热成形钢包括规定含量的组分。所述制备方法在不改变现有生产工序的前提下,基于设计的合金成分,通过调控连续退火工艺获得足够富含C、Mn和Si元素的外延铁素体,以细化热冲压过程中原奥晶粒尺寸,达到生产更高强度级别热成形钢的同时保证韧性不损失。有望替换传统的1.5GPa热成形钢,实现车身减重,提高汽车续航能力的同时可更好的保证乘客安全。
