The invention belongs to the technical field of large equipment transportation, and relates to a large equipment jacking mechanism and a jacking method.The jacking mechanism comprises at least two square steel pipe stacking layers which are arranged in a staggered and stacked mode to form a square steel pipe stack, and each square steel pipe stacking layer comprises an outer side square steel pipe and an inner side square steel pipe; a jacking box body is arranged on the upper surface of the square steel tube stack, a plurality of telescopic push rods are arranged in the jacking box body, and a supporting abutting plate is connected to the lower portions of the telescopic push rods; the number of the stacking layers of the square steel tubes and the height of the square steel tube stack are adjusted by utilizing the alternate lifting motion of the jacking box body and the supporting abutting plate in cooperation with the alternate increasing and decreasing of the outer side square steel tubes and the inner side square steel tubes, and adjustment of the height position of the jacking box body is achieved. The multiple telescopic push rods are connected in parallel, the multiple jacking box bodies are connected in parallel, and the square steel pipe stacks are adopted to replace sleeper stacks in the prior art, so that the limit load capacity of the jacking mechanism is enhanced, and the application range of the jacking mechanism is widened. The application of the jacking mechanism can reduce the labor intensity of operators, improve the working efficiency, save the cost, and is safe and reliable.

    本发明属于大型设备运输技术领域,涉及一种大型设备顶升机构及其顶升方法,顶升机构包括至少两层方钢管堆码层交错堆叠设置形成方钢管垛,方钢管堆码层包括外侧方钢管和内侧方钢管;方钢管垛上表面设有顶升箱体,顶升箱体内有多个伸缩推杆,多个伸缩推杆下连接有支撑抵板;利用顶升箱体和支撑抵板的交替升降运动配合外侧方钢管和内侧方钢管的交替增减来调节方钢管堆码层的层数和方钢管垛的高度,实现顶升箱体高度位置的调节。多个伸缩推杆的并联、多个顶升箱体的并联以及采用方钢管垛代替现有技术中的枕木垛,增强了顶升机构的极限负载能力,扩大顶升机构的应用范围。顶升机构的应用可减小作业人员劳动强度,提高作业效率,节约成本,安全可靠。
