The invention provides a vertical jacking device and a jacking method thereof. The vertical jacking device is used for jacking a pipe joint in a horizontally-arranged steel jacking pipe, and the vertical jacking device comprises at least one base located in the steel jacking pipe, a jacking frame, at least one set of cushion blocks and at least two hydraulic oil cylinders; the jacking frame is located on the base and comprises a U-shaped frame and two jacking supports, the U-shaped frame is vertically arranged, an opening of the U-shaped frame is upwards, the U-shaped frame comprises a bottomplate and two side plates vertically arranged on the bottom plate, the bottom plate is used for containing the pipe joint, and the two jacking supports are arranged at the ends, away from the bottom plate, of the two side plates correspondingly, are perpendicular to the side plates and extend in the opposite directions; the at least one set of cushion blocks are positioned between the bottom plateand the pipe joint; and the hydraulic oil cylinders are arranged below the two jacking supports and can extend or retract in the vertical direction so that the jacking frame can ascend or descend. Byarranging the cushion blocks on the bottom plate and the pipe joint, the height of the pipe joint can be increased under the condition that the stroke of the hydraulic oil cylinders is limited; and the height and the number of the cushion blocks are variable, so that the vertical jacking device is suitable for jacking pipes with different diameters.

    本发明提供了一种垂直顶升装置及其顶升方法,用于在水平设置的钢顶管内顶升管节,垂直顶升装置包括:至少一个底座,位于钢顶管内;顶升架,位于底座上,包括U形架及两个顶托,U形架竖直设置且开口朝上,U形架包括底板及两个垂直设置于底板上的侧板,底板用于放置管节,两个顶托分别设置于两个侧板远离底板的一端,且两个顶托垂直于侧板并朝相反的方向延伸;至少一组垫块,位于底板与管节之间;至少两个分别设置于两个顶托下方的液压油缸,液压油缸能够沿竖直方向伸长或缩短以使顶升架上升或下降。通过在底板与管节设置垫块,能够在液压油缸行程有限的情况下提高管节的高度。并且垫块的高度及数量可变,适用于不同直径的顶升管。
