The invention provides an intelligent anti-skid control method and system for a commercial vehicle. The method comprises the following steps that the transverse and longitudinal acceleration of the vehicle, the vehicle speed and the wheel speeds of left and right driving wheels are collected; calculating a left-right driving slip rate, a road adhesion coefficient, a target slip rate, a target angular velocity and an actual angular velocity; acquiring an anti-skid control request torque of PI closed-loop control; judging the activation of the torque intervention flag bit; arbitration processing is conducted on the anti-skid control request torque and the vehicle control unit VCU request torque; the arbitrated torque is subjected to drivability filtering and then output, the problem that a vehicle without an ESP/ESC slips and drifts in the driving and feedback process on low-attachment road surfaces such as rainy days, snow roads and ice surfaces is solved, and the drivability and safety of the whole vehicle are improved. In addition, the invention further provides a system for implementing the method.

    本发明提供了一种商用车智能防滑控制方法及系统,所述方法包括以下步骤:采集车辆横纵向加速度、车辆车速以及左右驱动轮轮速;计算左右驱动滑移率、路面附着系数、目标滑移率、目标角速度和实际角速度;获取PI闭环控制的防滑控制请求扭矩;扭矩干预标志位激活的判断;对防滑控制请求扭矩和车辆控制单元VCU请求扭矩进行仲裁处理;将仲裁后的扭矩进行驾驶性滤波后输出,避免了未配置ESP/ESC的车辆在雨天、雪路、冰面等低附路面驱动和回馈过程中的打滑甩尾问题,提高了整车的驾驶性和安全性。此外,本发明还提出了一种系统用于实施上述方法。
