The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle zero-value insulator detection method and system combined with a neural network. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring radial electric field amplitudes of different positions of an insulator from an unmanned aerial vehicle side; inputting the obtained radial electric field amplitude and the position of the detection point corresponding to the radial electric field amplitude into a BP neural network for iterative training, and fitting a radial electric field distribution diagram of the insulator by using the trained BP neural network; and performing zero-value insulator detection according to the insulator radial electric field distribution diagram. The method is applied to overhead line live inspection work, and on the premise of ensuring safe and stable operation of a power system, the electric field distribution around the insulator is measured through a non-contact detection method under the live working condition, so that the existence condition of the zero-value insulator is identified, timely troubleshooting and replacement of the zero-value insulator are ensured, and the working efficiency is improved. And the method has good social and economic benefits.

    本发明公开了一种结合神经网络的无人机零值绝缘子检测方法及系统,方法包括:从无人机侧获取绝缘子不同位置的径向电场幅值;将获取到的径向电场幅值及径向电场幅值对应的检测点的位置输入BP神经网络进行迭代训练,利用训练完成的BP神经网络拟合出绝缘子径向电场分布图;根据绝缘子径向电场分布图,进行零值绝缘子检测。本发明应用于架空线路带电巡检工作,在确保电力系统安全稳定运行的前提下,在带电工况下通过非接触式检测方法测量绝缘子周围的电场分布,从而辨识零值绝缘子存在情况,确保零值绝缘子的及时排查及更换,具有良好的社会经济效益。
