The invention discloses a zero-value insulator live detection device and system based on an unmanned aerial vehicle, the device comprises an image acquisition device and a calibration device fixedly connected with the image acquisition device, and the calibration device comprises an empennage piece, a center control piece, a power piece, an airflow pipe and a fan assembly; the image acquisition device is fixed on the airflow pipe, a plurality of fan assemblies are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the pipe wall of the airflow pipe, a center control is arranged at the rear end of the airflow pipe, one end of the center control is connected with a power part and the fan assemblies, the power part is fixed on the pipe wall of the airflow pipe, and the other end of the center control is connected with an empennage part; the power piece provides kinetic energy for the fan assembly through the center control piece, after the empennage piece and the center control piece are subjected to external force, the kinetic energy of the fan assembly is adjusted and controlled through position adjustment, and airflow generated by the kinetic energy of the fan assembly and the external force achieve stress balance. According to the scheme, the live detection equipment based on the unmanned aerial vehicle can realize autonomous position recovery in the air, and stable and safe development of zero-value insulator detection thermal imaging work is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种基于无人机的零值绝缘子带电检测设备及系统,设备包括图像采集装置以及与其固定连接的校准装置,校准装置包括尾翼件、中控件、动力件、气流管及风扇组件;图像采集装置固定于气流管上,沿气流管的管壁周向均匀设有多个风扇组件,气流管的后端设有中控件,中控件的一端连接动力件和风扇组件,动力件固定于气流管的管壁上,中控件的另一端连接尾翼件;动力件通过中控件为风扇组件提供动能,尾翼件与中控件受到外力后,通过位置调整调控风扇组件的动能,风扇组件的动能产生的气流与外力实现受力平衡。该方案中基于无人机的带电检测设备,可以在空中实现位置的自主恢复,保障零值绝缘子检测热成像工作稳定、安全的开展。
