The invention provides a thin plate segmented box type jig frame, the overall size of the jig frame is 16 * 16 m, the size of a single cell is 1 * 1 m, and the height of the jig frame is 1 m. The method solves the problems that in the thin plate segmented construction process, the plate thickness is small, welding deformation is large, precision cannot be controlled, and the precision requirement cannot be met; by improving the manufacturing jig frame, it is ensured that the manufacturing jig frame meets the building requirement of thin plate segmentation on the jig frame, and therefore deformation is reduced, and the precision meets the requirement.
