The invention relates to the technical field of high-voltage wire pipelines, and discloses a telescopic high-speed crawler-type high-voltage cable pipeline inspection robot which comprises a main rod, a camera shell arranged on the right side of the main rod and used for data acquisition and a robot controller used for remote control and image transmission. According to the telescopic high-speed crawler-type high-voltage cable pipeline inspection robot, the long telescopic rods stretch out and draw back to promote the lining plates to stretch out and draw back, so that the crawler belt can be tightly attached to the inner wall of a pipeline, and the problem that the walking mode of the robot is generally a wheel-shaped mode or a double-crawler-type mode; according to the walking mode, when the inner wall of the pipeline has an inclined angle, the phenomenon of slipping can occur, the walking mode is only suitable for the pipeline which is horizontally installed, the three-crawler-type structure can be used in the pipelines which are installed in various modes, and meanwhile due to the fact that the pipelines are suitable for different environments, the pipeline can not be damaged. And therefore, the pipeline diameters are different, telescopic adjustment of the inspection robot is necessary, and the working efficiency of the inspection robot can be improved.

    本发明涉及高压线管道技术领域,且公开了一种能伸缩的高速履带式高压线缆管道巡视机器人,包括主杆以及设置于主杆右侧的用于数据采集的摄像头外壳和用于远程控制与画面传输的机器人控制器。该能伸缩的高速履带式高压线缆管道巡视机器人,通过长伸缩杆的伸缩促使衬板伸缩,以此能够使履带能够紧密的贴合于管道的内壁,能够解决了其行走方式一般都为轮状式或双履带式,这种行走方式遇到管道内壁有倾斜角度时则会出现打滑的现象,只能适用于水平安装的管道,而三履带式结构则能在各种安装方式的管道中使用,同时由于管道适用的环境不同,因而其管道直径也存在不同有必要实现对巡视机器人进行伸缩调节,继而能够提高其工作效率的问题。
